Privacy notice

What I collect, and why.

If you send a table definition, it goes to me so I can answer your request. I don’t ask for database access, and I don’t want customer rows or secrets.

01

Who handles your information

ImportFlow is operated by Mohamed Atef from Egypt. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests, email mohamed@importflow.dev.

02

What the form collects

The landing-page form stores:

  • — your email address;
  • — the option you selected: free check, design partner, or waitlist; and
  • — anything you choose to paste or write in the details field.

For a free check, that optional text may include a sanitized CREATE TABLE statement. Do not submit customer rows, personal data from your users, passwords, API keys, connection strings, or Supabase credentials.

03

How I use it

I use a submission only for the option you selected:

  • Free table check: review the table definition, prepare the compatibility analysis, and reply to you.
  • Design partner: assess the application and discuss a possible pilot.
  • Waitlist: send product updates at the frequency stated on the form. You can opt out at any time.

I don’t sell or rent your information.

04

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent through the ImportFlow server and stored in an access-controlled Supabase table. Public and signed-in website users cannot read that table. Email providers process messages when we correspond.

The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-visit information such as page, referrer, country, browser, and device type. Vercel states that this product does not use third-party cookies and does not associate those analytics with an individual or IP address.

These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own terms and data-protection commitments.

05

How long I keep it

Free-check submissions and design-partner applications are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a customer relationship begins or the information must be kept for a legal reason. Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe, ask for deletion, or the waitlist closes.

06

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or leave the waitlist by emailing mohamed@importflow.dev. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

07

Changes

If the product begins collecting different information or starts processing customer files, this notice will be updated before that new processing begins. The current date will stay visible at the top of this page.
