Early access requests
The Early Access form requires your email. A description of your customer import need is optional. We use these details to review your request and follow up where relevant. Earlier forms also offered optional company/product and technology-stack fields. This is not a newsletter subscription. We do not sell or rent these details.
Do not include SQL, schema or table names, customer rows, files, sensitive personal information, database URLs, API keys or credentials. The form does not attach a checker report or prefill technical results.
With your submission, we also store fixed labels for the form’s page and submit button. These identify which request form you used and preserve continuity with earlier Alpha requests. We do not record your browsing history, previous website or a visitor identifier.
Where the application goes
Submissions pass through the ImportFlow server and are stored in an access-controlled Supabase table. Public and signed-in website users cannot read that table. Email providers process messages when we correspond.
This commercial site uses no client analytics, visitor identification or advertising trackers. Vercel hosts the site and may retain ordinary request and security logs needed to operate it. Supabase stores explicit application submissions; email providers process our correspondence. These providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and data-protection commitments.
PG Import Check is separate
The checker processes your supplied SQL locally in a browser worker. It has no database connection, migration upload, report upload or telemetry. Following its link here sends neither SQL nor the report. The checker uses a no-referrer policy for that navigation.
The checker host still serves the application files and may process ordinary hosting request information. Local analysis is not a claim that visiting a hosted website creates no server requests.
Retention and choices
Early access requests, design-partner applications and historical free-check submissions are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a customer relationship begins or a legal retention requirement applies. Historical waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion or the waitlist closes.
You can request a copy, correction or deletion by email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Before beta participation
A separate written agreement will set the scope and data handling before installation or processing customer files. Requesting access does not authorize database access.
This notice will be updated before different information is collected or new processing begins.
