Terms for what exists today.

These terms cover this website, free table checks, waitlist registration, and design-partner applications. By submitting a form, you ask me to handle the information for the option you selected under the Privacy Notice.

A free check is a founder-prepared compatibility review based on the table definition or description you submit. It is informational and limited to the material you provide. It is not a security audit, legal advice, or authorization to run changes against a production database.

You remain responsible for reviewing the analysis, testing any implementation, and approving any action in your own environment. I may decline a table shape when I cannot assess it safely.

Applying does not reserve a slot, create a customer relationship, or authorize database access. If we decide to work together, we will first sign a separate written pilot agreement covering the exact scope, responsibilities, data handling, fee, refund conditions, and access method.

That signed pilot agreement controls the engagement. No payment is collected through this landing-page form.

Submit only information you are allowed to share. A sanitized table definition or high-level description is enough for the free check. Do not submit customer rows, special-category or sensitive personal data, passwords, API keys, connection strings, or database credentials.

This is a pre-launch service run by one founder. I may change, pause, or stop the free check or waitlist, and I cannot promise that every submission will be supported. I will not knowingly present an unsupported table as safe.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give me permission to use it only as needed to answer your request, evaluate a pilot, operate the waitlist, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. ImportFlow’s site, copy, software, and original materials remain ImportFlow’s property.
